Please Note: Painted Zebra does not process orders on weekends or holidays. Most in-stock orders will ship the next business day. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. Painted Zebra does not guarantee same-day shipping.
We use Fed Ex as our preferred carrier. Occasionally we may use USPS and UPS.
Any address correction requested after an order has been processed for shipment will incur a $10 FedEx surcharge. If an order is returned to Painted Zebra by FedEx for any reason, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order.
The Painted Zebra uses a sliding scale flat rate shipping charge for standard ground delivery. You can calculate a standard shipping charge while processing your order and before checkout.
Delivery Time Please Note:
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $25.00 shipping surcharge per item. Some orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require extra shipping time to reach their destination.
The Painted Zebra does not ship internationally or to U.S. Territories.
The Painted Zebra does not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses. The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged, plus shipping and applicable sales tax. For all returns, shipping is pre-paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery, then notify our Customer Service department so that we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner.
